These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and untung44 ("Platform", "We", "untung44") governing your use of the website and all services provided at https://untung44.best and related platforms.

By accessing or using any part of the untung44 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or claiming promotional benefits — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside the untung44 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotional terms published from time to time. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall take precedence over other documents unless expressly stated otherwise.

Untung44 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If a member is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation. untung44 takes the protection of minors very seriously.

If local laws in a member's jurisdiction restrict participation in online gambling, the member is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with those laws. untung44 bears no liability for any breach of local laws by a member.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at untung44 at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as the freezing of all funds.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. untung44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.

• The name on the account must match the name of the bank card or e-wallet holder being used
• Your email address and phone number must belong to you personally
• Keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone
• Untung44 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for identity verification purposes

Transferring or selling your account to another party is strictly prohibited. Untung44 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to a member's account as a result of the member's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

Untung44 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost eWallet, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, and other major bank FPX options listed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 20 per transaction
• All payment methods must be registered in the member's own name
• Untung44 does not accept third-party deposits
• Deposits are processed within seconds to 5 minutes
• Untung44 does not charge fees on deposits

Members are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate and lawful sources. untung44 reserves the right to freeze accounts and investigate any transactions suspected of involving money laundering or other illegal activities. untung44 cooperates with the relevant authorities when required in such cases.

If a deposit fails or is delayed due to a third-party technical issue such as an e-wallet or banking service outage, untung44 is not liable for the delay. Members are encouraged to contact customer support if a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes.

Members may request a withdrawal of funds from their untung44 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per request
• The recipient bank account or e-wallet must be registered in the same member's name
• Any applicable bonus rollover requirements must have been met
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before large withdrawals are processed
• Withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes for e-wallets and 1–2 business days for bank transfers

Untung44 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This is a standard compliance measure to prevent money laundering and protect the security of member accounts.

Processed withdrawals cannot be reversed once completed. Should any issue arise with a withdrawal, members must contact the support team within 48 hours of the request date. untung44 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect recipient account details provided by the member.

Untung44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, deposit bonuses, and a VIP Rewards programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in each promotional offer.

• Each promotion has its own rollover requirements (wagering requirements) — please check the specific terms of each promotion
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until rollover requirements have been met in full
• One active promotional bonus at a time unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are available for one account, one IP address, one device, and one payment method per member only
• Players who employ low-risk betting strategies that are clearly intended solely to fulfil rollover requirements may be excluded from the bonus programme

Untung44 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If untung44 determines that a bonus has been claimed or used improperly — including but not limited to bet hedging, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical bugs — untung44 reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the account.

The untung44 VIP Rewards Programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The eligibility criteria and benefits for each tier are detailed on the VIP Rewards page. untung44 reserves the right to amend the VIP programme structure with notice to members.

All games at untung44 — including Live Casino, blackjack, lottery, and virtual sports — are subject to the specific rules stated within each game's interface. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Game results are final unless a verified technical error is established
• All RNG games use an independently audited Random Number Generator system
• Live Casino uses real physical cards dealt in front of HD cameras
• Members may not use automated software, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage
• Internet connection interruptions during gameplay are not grounds for dispute unless it can be proven that the disruption originated on untung44's end

In the event of a technical error during gameplay, untung44 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account. Winnings resulting from an obvious technical error will not be paid out. untung44 will conduct a thorough investigation before making any decision on game disputes.

For Live Casino, video recordings of every session are retained by untung44. Members may request a recording review within 72 hours if there is a dispute regarding a dealer's actions. Decisions based on recording reviews are final.

The Sports Betting section at untung44 covers wagers on real sporting events, including the Malaysia Super League, Malaysia Premier League, EPL, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, and over 30 other sports. The following specific terms apply to Sports Betting:

• Odds displayed are in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the relevant match is postponed or cancelled by the organiser
• If a match is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules as specified on the platform
• Untung44 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error

For Virtual Sports, all games use an independently audited RNG system. Virtual Sports results are entirely random and are not influenced by real-world sporting performance. Minimum and maximum bet amounts for Virtual Sports are stated within the platform.

The Cash Out feature for live Sports Betting is available subject to the value offered by untung44 at the time the Cash Out is requested. The Cash Out value is calculated based on untung44's algorithm and may not necessarily reflect the full expected value of the original bet.

Account security is a shared responsibility between untung44 and its members. untung44 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications and transactions. That said, account security also depends on each member's own personal security practices.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
• Do not log in to your untung44 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Report to untung44 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised

Untung44 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from untung44 that requests your password is fraudulent. Please report any phishing attempts to our security team.

Member personal data is processed in accordance with the untung44 Privacy Policy, available on the Privacy Policy page. untung44 will not sell or disclose member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent.

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, or any other form of cheating
• Actions that cause harm to other members or to untung44

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, funds associated with the violating activity may be frozen pending investigation. Funds unrelated to the violating activity will be returned to the member once the investigation is concluded.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the untung44 support team via live chat or email. Any account balance not subject to rollover requirements will be returned within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

The untung44 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties beyond those stated in these Terms. untung44 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be available at all times.

• Untung44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform
• Untung44 is not liable for losses resulting from internet disruptions, third-party software failures, or circumstances beyond untung44's control
• Sports statistics and analytical content provided on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional betting advice
• Members play at their own risk and untung44 is not responsible for members' betting outcomes

In all circumstances, untung44's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total funds deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to any legal obligations of untung44 that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Untung44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically.

Members will be notified of any material changes to these Terms via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws
• Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be settled by arbitration
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect
